Michael Ragovin
Michael is the CEO and founder of Ragovin & Associates. He has been in the real estate business for the past twenty years. For the past several years he has specialized in the “C” market helping clients reposition their “dead equity” into out of state markets where they can leverage their money much more effectively. He was educated at the Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and also has a Juris Doctor. Currently Ragovin & Associates is transacting business in California, Arizona, and Texas. Michael also has ten years of experience in accounting.

Ashley Ragovin
A licensed California agent, Ashley Ragovin completed her B.A. in International Relations with an emphasis in Business Communication at USC. While residing in Los Angeles, she obtained a keen ability to recognize and fulfill clients’ needs from her experience in high-profile public relations. Ashley holds a firm belief in providing for the client. “We are here to establish long-term relationships that serve the needs of our clients. Ultimately, that means having a vision that extends beyond the immediate transaction by creating projects that will continue to generate wealth for several years.”

Allison Marklein
Allison is a  Certified Commercial Investment Manager Candidate and a licensed real estate salesperson, Allison Marklein started in the sales and marketing industry in 1986, consulting for major multi-national corporations in Europe and Asia such as Mitsubishi, Panasonic and Dow Chemical. Allison moved into the real estate field in 1999 where she went on to spend the next 6 years working with one of the top 4 rated real estate brokerage firms in Southern California. With a degree in Communications and French Language Arts from the University of Utah, Allison also holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from United States International University in San Diego. With real estate specialty designations in the international and commercial fields, she has experience in investment and marketing of both residential and commercial properties.

Claudia Deegan
Claudia has been in the real estate industry in San Diego since 1995. Claudia completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at San Diego State University and is a native San Diegan.  In addition to her experience in a variety of residential, commercial and financial investment markets, Claudia has developed an enthusiasm and solid knowledge of all aspects of real estate; ranging from investment to multi-family development and acquisition.  Claudia combines her experience with a firm business philosophy of providing the highest level of client service and tremendous attention to detail.  Claudia’s previous business experience includes, multi-family acquisitions and development, client investment coordination with a leading national financial services firm and executive administration.
